HIRING FULL TIME: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization. He or she will be responsible for offering information to customers about their insurance, submitting changes to our companies as assigned, and other insurance duties as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls - Handling mail - Recommending claim actions - Updating insurance records

Important Skills/Traits:

Excellent Customer Service - Good Computer Skills - Preferred Computer Experience with Epic Applied Systems, Word, and Excel - Strong organizational skills - Detail oriented – Proactive – Outgoing - Positive -Professional personality

Preferred Qualities:

Insurance license holder or will to obtain their insurance license – 1 or 2 years experience in a professional office setting
